| 𓏲 ๋࣭ ࣪general: By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to my Terms of Service. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission when necessary. All artwork remains my intellectual property, and purchasing a commission does not transfer its copyright to the client. I may use completed commissions for my portfolio, social media, or other promotional purposes. |
| 𓏲 ๋࣭usage: The client may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, banners, personal pages, and decoration. Reposting or sharing the artwork is allowed with proper credit. Cropping the artwork for icons or banners is permitted, but editing, tracing, altering, or removing my signature is not allowed. |
| 𓏲 ๋࣭ ࣪payments & refunds: Payment is usually required upfront, though half payment may be accepted for trusted clients on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available once work has started unless I am unable to complete the commission. Revisions are unlimited during the sketch stage, but only 3 minor changes are allowed after lineart and base colors. No changes can be made once rendering has started. |
